moe. played this set at a music festival, which affords them the opportunity to play in front of people who normally wouldn't be going to see them. So, naturally, they're going to play their pop-ier, more accessible tunes (e.g. She Sends Me, okayalright, NYC, Good Trip). Just look at the setlist from the next night at the HOB and you'll realize there's nothing to worry about. I saw them in San Diego and in San Francisco this last week and they were ON FIRE.

The night after Langerado they played:
Set I: The Ghost Of Ralph's Mom, Akimbo, Waiting For The Punchline, Another One Gone, Mexico> Seat Of My Pants
Set II: Captain America, Shoot First1, The Road> Yodelittle> Lazarus> Yodelittle, Californ IA> The Road, 32 Things

You can't really mess with that setlist.

kind of surprised to see the wide spectrum of how this set was recieved...i was in attendence and while its not the best set ive seen them play, it was played perfectly...maybe im biased cuz it was 85 and sunny when this show started and seemed like paradise (from cleveland), but i thought this was a great festival set...as for sound i havnt heard this particular fileset but i have some other shows from this rig and they all sound excellent

I will have to say that I agree w/ all of my esteemed friends who enjoyed this set. Moe.'s new material took a second for me to get used to, but all around, it is better written, and more groovey than ever before. Honestly, do you really want to hear "seat of my pants" over, and over, and over. Hell NO! Great job on the new sets moe.. peace, i'm out!

sorry, poopy pants is right. i love moe. but this set list does worry me a little. i'm listening to it right now and i'm very glad i didn't witness this. if you liked it, awesome- see them at snoe.down or moe.down for a better feel on their explorations as an amazing hardcore psychedelic jam band.

Subject: moe ripped it up
I don't know what's up poopypants butt (probably just an opinion that differs from my own) but I thought this was one of the best moe. sets I've seen. Thought they ripped it up, especially Blue Jeans Pizza, Wind It Up, Good Trip, Plane Crash. I thought it was a great set, I danced my balls off.
